Becoming a Customer

To create an online account, all you need to do is click on the My Account icon in top right corner of the page. This will direct you to a new page and offer you an easy process to login or create a new account.

You don’t need to create an account as you can simply register as a guest however there are benefits of creating an account with Pet Foods Delivered:

  • For convenience you can create recurring orders that we delivery to you automatically
  • All your online purchase history is saved in your account for your convenience
  • Easily edit your recurring orders with 24 hour a day access
  • Shop faster with access to your previous orders
  • From time to time, we may send you special offers and exclusive deals!
  • Create and share your wish lists

If you have forgotten your password, Click ‘My Account’ or ‘Sign In’ in the top right. This will bring you to the “Log In” page. Here you will find a ‘Forgot your Password’ link. Click the link and you will be required to enter your email address and an email outlining the steps to create your new password will be forwarded to your inbox.

Products

Great pet food starts with fresh ingredients. We’re proud to support Australian businesses and our quality fresh meats are sourced from the pristine pastures of Western Victoria, fresh vegetables are sourced locally from Mornington Peninsula farmers and our dry ingredients such as grains and supplements are also sourced locally where possible.

Unlike typical pet food companies that outsource their manufacturing, we prepare all our fresh foods in house in our Prime safe certified facility in Seaford Victoria. Our production follows the highest standards of quality control.

As our products are freshly produced, it means some of our products have limited shelf-life. Our frozen meat products such as our Wild Dog rolls will last for 3 months in the freezer or 3 days in the fridge. We recommend storing your pet’s food in the freezer and moving them to the fridge a day before opening.

Pet Foods Delivered is continually working to ensure we offer prices that are competitive throughout the market however there may be cases where our online store and our in-store prices may vary. Not all catalogue offers or in store promotions will be available on our online store and vice versa.

Ordering

Pet Foods Delivered only accepts payments from VISA, MASTERCARD, and PAYPAL.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team who will assist you in tracking your order.

Pet Foods Delivered has a factory outlet where we also produce many of our quality fresh pet food products and customers are always welcome. However, we primarily sell our products online and delivery to you via several delivery methods including our own drivers in certain areas.

You cannot make changes to your order once you have checked out, however if you have made an error and need to change the delivery address for the order, please contact the Customer Service Team who will attempt to stop/amend the order before its dispatched.

We ship all over Australia using a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and the products that you order. Currently our Fresh Meat products can only be delivered within the Melbourne area whereas all other products can be shipped nationwide.

Only one delivery address per order will be accepted therefore if you wish to ship to multiple addresses you will need to create separate orders.

If you find that you’re unhappy with an item you’ve purchased from us, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply contact us and we can sort everything out. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to a team member.

Recurring Deliveries

A recurring delivery is an order that you schedule with Pet Foods Delivered. It’s an easy and convenient way to make sure you never run out of your pets’ essential items.

With online recurring delivery you can now have your pets’ products automatically delivered to your house at a rotational cycle of your choosing, from weekly to 8 weekly in one simple purchase. So, there’s no need go to a store and lift heavy bags anymore.

Yes, you can. By logging into your account, you can manage your recurring delivery. You can cancel, change, or amend your order at any time up to 72 hours prior to delivery.

Yes, you can. By logging into your account, you can manage your recurring delivery. You can add products by simply selecting the items you want to order, choosing the recurring delivery option and proceeding through the checkout. To remove products you no longer need, simply cancel the items from your order in your account up to 72 hours prior to delivery.

An email is sent to you 3 days before Pet Foods Delivered processes your recurring delivery, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the day the recurring delivery is processed.

If our supplier discontinues or is unable to supply your choice of product, we will endeavour to let you know before your next order is due. We will try to help you select a replacement item to be delivered or have the out-of-stock product cancelled and refunded.
